cosign.market ("Cosign") is a tool. Using it means you accept what follows. Not available where prohibited by law.

Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy anything. Memecoins can lose all their value in minutes. A vault and a time lock cover what is inside the vault only: other holders, and the creator from other wallets, can sell at any moment.

Creators are responsible for their coins and their keys

Every coin is created by its creator's wallet. The creator chooses its name, image, description, the vault's keys, threshold and time lock. Cosign never holds a key and can't recover a vault whose keys are lost: with too few keys left to reach the threshold, what is in the vault can never move again. Choose keys you can keep.

What is enforced, and by whom

The time lock and the signatures are enforced by the Squads v4 program. The routing of creator fees to the vault is enforced by pump.fun, which lets the split be set once and then locks it; pump.fun's own admin can still reassign a coin's fees through a community takeover. Everything else on a coin page is read and tracked by Cosign from the chain. Who holds each key is nobody's promise. The full table is in How it works.

The $COSIGN token

If a project token exists, it gives no right of any kind over Cosign, its code, its revenue (it has none) or its decisions. It is a memecoin launched with this tool.

Fees

Cosign charges nothing. pump.fun, PumpSwap, PumpPortal (0.5% of a dev buy), Squads (its multisig creation fee, shown before you sign) and the Solana network charge their own fees. Your wallet signs every transaction.

  • pump.fun and PumpSwap programs and their official SDK, to create coins and route their creator fees.
  • Squads Protocol v4 and its official SDK, for the multisig vaults.
  • PumpPortal, to build the creation transaction.
  • Pinata, to pin images and metadata on IPFS.
  • A Solana RPC provider, to read the chain and send transactions.
  • Jupiter and CoinGecko, for the SOL price in dollars.
  • Upstash Redis, to store the list of coins launched here.

Any of them can fail or change. Cosign isn't affiliated with any of them.

Removal

Cosign can hide a coin from its pages (illegal content, impersonation, scams). That changes nothing on-chain: the coin and its vault keep existing.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. Bugs, outages, wrong figures from third parties and network failures can happen. Check vaults and transactions in the Squads app or on an explorer before relying on them.
